Quantity Surveyor for the Belfast City Council, this post is based in Duncrue complex. This role will start immediately and will be for a minimum of 3 months, with working hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £16.12 per hour. Weekend work may be included and will be paid at enhanced rates of up to £32.24 per hour.

The main duties of this role will be to provide a range of quantity surveying service such as, preparing contract documentation, assisting in the evaluation of tenders, developing of interim valuations and final accounts, processing paperwork, liaising with contractors and departments, and attending meetings with survey teams.

General Operative required for the Belfast City Council, this post is based in the Dundonald Cemetery. This role will start immediately and will be for a minimum of 3 months, with working hours of 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £12.38 per hour.

The main duties of this role will be clean and maintain public areas such as streets, parks and waste facilities, collecting rubbish and recycling, separating waste, and disposing of waste and hazardous materials.
